This website is operated by Table of Gods AB, organisation number 559260-0851. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Table of Gods AB.

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of tableofgods.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally entitled to make a purchase and authorised to use the payment method you provide. You may use our website and products only for lawful purposes.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The product description, price and delivery information shown when you order apply to your purchase. We aim to display products accurately, although screen settings can affect how colours appear.

We may introduce or discontinue products and limit quantities available for future purchases. Changes to our catalogue do not change an existing order without your agreement, except where permitted by law.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

A purchase contract becomes binding when we confirm your order by email. Please check your order confirmation and contact hello@tableofgods.com promptly if any details are incorrect.

Before accepting an order, we may decline it if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If we decline an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for it.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

The price agreed when you order applies to that purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total payable are shown before you place your order. Import charges payable on arrival are explained in Section 6 and our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices for future purchases. Any conditions stated with a promotion govern its eligibility and use.

SECTION 5 — PAYMENT

Payment is taken in full when ordering, including for preorders. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers under their applicable terms.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and European Union. Charges for other available destinations are shown at checkout.

For destinations outside the US, UK and EU, import duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges may apply. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and must be paid by you to the carrier or customs authorities before delivery. Any taxes collected at checkout are shown separately.

Preorder status and expected delivery dates are stated on the relevant product page and in your order confirmation. We will notify you of material delays. Your statutory rights concerning late or missing deliveries remain unaffected.

We remain responsible for goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange. Further details appear in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 7 — CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

You may cancel before delivery or notify us of a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your goods. This policy applies worldwide. You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Email hello@tableofgods.com or use our online withdrawal function. We will provide the appropriate regional return address and instructions.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains the return deadline, handling of goods, refunds and model withdrawal form. It forms part of these terms and does not limit statutory rights.

SECTION 8 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact hello@tableofgods.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs. We cover return costs for valid claims and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

The change-of-mind return period does not limit your rights concerning defective goods. Under Swedish law, you may complain about qualifying defects for three years after delivery.

SECTION 9 — ACCOUNT AND CONTACT INFORMATION

Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Email us promptly about address changes; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

SECTION 10 — SHOPIFY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchases are made directly from Table of Gods AB; Shopify is not the seller.

SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our website text, images, designs and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its protected content.

SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND TOOLS

Our website may link to third-party websites or offer tools provided by others. Those providers' terms and privacy policies govern their own services. Our responsibilities for your purchase from us remain unaffected.

SECTION 13 — REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with our products. Your submission must be truthful, lawful and respect other people's rights. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant submissions.

This permission does not authorise us to publish private customer-service correspondence.

SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USES

Do not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual-property rights, collect personal information unlawfully or interfere with security or other users' access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse.

Restricting website access does not remove your rights concerning existing purchases.

SECTION 15 — WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance or security reasons. This does not change our obligations for existing orders.

Our liability for goods, deliveries and website use is determined by applicable law. You may be entitled to compensation for reasonable costs caused by a defect or delivery delay. Any exemption from liability applies only where the legal requirements for that exemption are met.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 16 — SEVERABILITY

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will not apply. The remaining lawful provisions continue to apply where the agreement can operate without that provision.

SECTION 17 — COMPLAINTS AND GOVERNING LAW

Contact hello@tableofgods.com so we can try to resolve any complaint. Eligible unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to Sweden's National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at https://www.arn.se.

Swedish law governs these terms. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence where applicable.

SECTION 18 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms for future purchases and publish the revised version here. The terms agreed when you placed an order continue to apply to that order. We provide notice of other material changes where required by law.
