Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order before delivery or notify us of a return within 30 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. For one order delivered in separate shipments, the period begins after you receive the last item. This policy applies worldwide.

To notify us, email hello@tableofgods.com or use the withdrawal function on the withdrawal page. Include your name and order number or other information identifying your purchase. 

Send the goods back within 30 days after notifying us. Contact us for the appropriate regional return address and instructions. You do not need our approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Handling and packaging

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct any actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. Please pack returns securely, using the original packaging where possible.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay and within 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds use your original payment method, without a refund or restocking fee.

For cancellation of a whole order, we also refund any standard delivery charge paid to us. Extra charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable. Your payment provider may take additional time to credit the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Email hello@tableofgods.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We cover return costs for valid damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

The 30-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights. Other mandatory local rights also remain unaffected.
